Terms of Service

By creating a RenewShield account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

RenewShield lets you manually track subscriptions, trials, renewal dates, and reminders — personally or in shared workspaces with role-based access. Plans include Free and Pro (personal), Family (household), and Team, Business, and Enterprise (organization). Paid plans are billed through Stripe; pricing and feature limits are shown in the app. Features may change during early access. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication when available. You must provide accurate registration information.

You may not use RenewShield to break laws, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or upload malicious content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

You retain ownership of the subscription data you enter. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely to operate the service for you. In shared workspaces, workspace owners and admins control member access; other members see subscription data according to their role. On Team+ workspaces, RenewShield may record audit events for accountability — these contain metadata only, not readable subscription content.

RenewShield is a tracking and reminder tool, not financial advice. We are not responsible for missed cancellations, billing errors by third parties, or amounts charged by providers you track. Always verify renewal and cancellation dates with the service provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenewShield is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero during free early access).

You may stop using RenewShield at any time. You may delete your account from Settings → Security subject to workspace ownership rules in our Privacy Policy. Before deleting a paid account, cancel your RenewShield subscription in Settings → Billing or through the Stripe customer portal. Once cancellation is confirmed, no further renewals will occur. If you request account deletion while billing is still set to renew, we may guide you to cancel billing first so you are not charged after deletion. If you have already scheduled cancellation at the end of your billing period, you may delete your account before access ends. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.

Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in the app. You can cancel future renewals at any time from Settings → Billing or the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund past payments.

Company names, product names, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. RenewShield is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers. Logos shown in the app are used only to help you recognize subscriptions you track and may be cached by RenewShield for display.
