Subprocessors

RenewShield uses the following subprocessors to operate the service. We require appropriate data protection terms with each provider.
Current subprocessors
- AWS (Cognito, SES, S3, Lambda) — authentication, email delivery, file storage, background jobs
- Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting (EU)
- Vercel — application hosting
- Stripe — payment processing for paid plans
- Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications when you enable them on mobile
- Sentry — production error and reliability monitoring (stack traces and release metadata; configured not to send default PII)

We may update this list as our stack evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
